Focus, what does that even mean? You probably hear it all the time “You have to stay focused”, but can you really do that all the time, on several things, at the same time? Or does it focus mean to concentrate at one thing at a time?

Why is it important to have focus? Well, because it makes sure things get done the way they should in the appropriate time frame. Divide your time and concentrate about one thing at the time. Don’t do everything at once, give one thing your undivided attention and then move on to the next.

I know, I know. When you decided to open your own Digital Marketing Agency, the last thing you thought you would be doing is spending hours every month in spreadsheets with numbers trying to figure out if you are making money with all these clients that you are doing great work for. But here you are, and you need to get a grip on them.
