Every month the Growit Agency Circle Partners come together on a call to share their wins, challenges and opportunities with each other to share knowledge and grow their Inbound Agencies together.
On this months call we discussed the following topics.
- Is the word "Retainer" outdated to describe our Inbound Services? Could we do better to describe the results we get for our clients and how we package our work?
- How to work with global clients who have very complex business structures and many people working on lots of levels?
- Ideas on how to include the IT department with the Marketing department to eliminate future road blocks.
It was a great first call where knowlegde was shared and future training meetings set up for each agency to help each other on the deeper topics of how to run a successful Inbound Agency.
