Growit Circle Agency Mastermind Monthly Call

Every month the Growit Agency Circle Partners come together on a call to share their wins, challenges and opportunities with each other to share knowledge and grow their Inbound Agencies together.

 On this months call we discussed the following topics.

1. Is the word "Retainer" outdated to describe our Inbound Services? Could we do better to describe the results we get for our clients and how we package our work?
2. How to work with global clients who have very complex business structures and many people working on lots of levels?
3. Ideas on how to include the IT department with the Marketing department to eliminate future road blocks.

It was a great first call where knowlegde was shared and future training meetings set up for each agency to help each other on the deeper topics of how to run a successful Inbound Agency.
