I read the book and it is absolutely full of gems of advice and laid out in a way that is easy to read and simple next steps prepared at the end of each chapter so you can take action.

In this section you will learn about picking your niche, choosing who you will work with and as importantly who you will not work with along with tactics on how to position your agency as an authority.

Here Jason walks through how to build a value ladder for your services, what you need to charge in order to achieve your revenue goals and weather your pricing model should be based on hours, value, performance or a hybrid.
System Four - Prospecting
Usually a challenge for most agency in this chapter you will learn about low-hanging fruit, what outbound and inbound strategies you can implement. How to build strategic partnerships and the best way to capture leads as well as generating them.

Once you have more leads coming in the next challenge is closing them in this section Jason shares his tips for qualifying, building great proposals along with how to handle sales objections.
